Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Thank you for choosing to purchase a gift voucher for The Scotch Whisky Experience & Amber Restaurant. Please take a moment to read the following terms to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Voucher Validity

·       Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

·       Expiry dates are clearly shown on the voucher.

·       Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.

2. How to Use

·       Vouchers can be booked in advance by calling 0131 220 0441 during office hours, or Amber restaurant directly 0131 477 8477, or redeemed in person at any till points in exchange for a meal or an item in our shop.

·       Bring a copy of your voucher (printed or digital) on the day of your visit.

·       Vouchers may not be redeemed via online ticketing.

3. What’s Included

·       Each voucher clearly states what it covers. All monetary vouchers can be used for Amber Restaurant and The Scotch Whisky & Gift Shop.

4. Refunds / Credit

·       Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

·       Any unused credit will remain on your voucher for a further transaction.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

·       We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

·       Please treat them like cash and keep both digital and printed vouchers safe.

6. Transferring a Voucher

·       Vouchers are transferable to another person (they make a great gift!).

·       They cannot be resold for commercial gain.

7. Weather & Closures

·       In case of closure due to weather or unforeseen events, we’ll offer an alternative date.

·       We will contact you as soon as possible if any changes affect your pre-booked visit.
